I called at about 12:15 to check if the delivery had been made. The unidentified female who answered, after putting me on hold, came back on and said they had not been delivered, but they would "be delivered shortly". When I asked what shortly was she replied she had no idea because she did not know where the delivery vehicle was.
No apology for not delivering in the morning as ordered and committed to and not even a thank you for your business.
Unknown how the roses looked since they were not delivered yet. Will update my grading etc. once they are delivered.
Update: The roses arrived late as noted above but they were beautiful and high quality.
