I was so happy to see how clean my yard looked.

I asked to have the yard mowed and they came out and trimmed up the weeds and edges, they do a great job. I would like to have a bot more communication as to how often they come out and that sort of thing, however, I haven't called with questions either. I know that I can count on them to make sure that my yard looks great.

This company is very busy, and getting them to return a call sometimes feels like pulling teeth. It took several weeks just to get information on pricing and schedule visits for different crews to do different types of work we needed (mowing, trimming, irrigation repair). Once the appointments were scheduled, all the crews did exceptional work. Mowers were courteous and quick. Tree and bush trimmers were friendly, on top of things, and did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves once the and quot;jungleand quot; in our yard was finally tamed. The irrigation crew was professional, personable, and took their time to explain everything they were doing to get our sprinkler system up and running. We would definitely use this company for our future needs in any of the above 3 areas.
The only complaints we have are that the office is not very good about communicating with customers and that the work, which was performed over several weeks in May and June, was all billed at once (in July), making it a bit h****** our pocketbook as we expected to pay for services in stages, as they were performed. As for the communication with the company's office, since both of us work, we requested to be notified of the day and time when different crews would be coming out to our property, so that we could be there to direct them and answer any questions they might have. Unfortunately, that was not done. The mowing crew showed up unannounced, albeit on one of the days we were told they would be in our neighborhood. We did receive a call to let us know when the trimming crew would be coming, but they did not show up on that day due to their being behind schedule. The next time they showed up, rain chased them away, and after that, they showed up unannounced. The irrigation crew punctually kept their first appointment, but we were never notified of when their follow-up visit would be - they just showed up. That made for quite a bit of inconvenience and juggling our own work schedules to give access to our property to different crews. So, if you can deal with rather poor communication regarding scheduling, we would otherwise highly recommend this company for your landscaping and irrigation needs.

The guys stuck to the agreed-upon schedule and did an excellent job each and every time. There were just two small incidents in which they cut some new plants in my back yard, which I thought were clearly marked but apparently were not. Otherwise, the service was fantastic. They left no cleanup for me to have to do whatsoever, and the lawn looked great! The only reasons for the the lower ratings are the new plants that were cut off and the price of $45 per mowing. If money was no object, I feel the services provided would have been worth it.

The job is excellent. The price is pretty reasonable. It is thirty dollars each time. That is for the front and back yard. I will continue to use them.

I dislike that sometimes he is in a hurry and forgets some part of the lawn. Our lawn is in different levels. They don't go down and mow. However, when I complain they come back and fix it. They never have a problem with coming back to do something. Once they cracked the siding of the house with a mower and we had to replace that they did pay for the replacement. I recommend them to others. They tell us when they come to do the work.

I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
