We moved in in May 2012 I gave Northstar a list of move in warranty items to be repaired in July 2012 they approved the repairs and promised to come and do the repairs before we went south in the fall. They sent me an email in September 2012 saying repairs would be completed in April 2013. It is now Sept 2013 and we to south in less than two weeks. Now I am told by phone that I can leave them a key and they can complete the repair while I am away, I will not give them a key. I am also told two years later that the broken windows are not covered under warranty even though I have emails stating that all items will be repaired. It has been nothing but a bad experience and I can not wait to be finished with this business. I will never recommend them even though there price is the best we found you get what you pay for and I only paid enough for a head ache.
