When we first met with them, she was helpful at suggesting flowers for us to use so I was excited to use her services. As the months passed through, it was more and more difficult to work with her. I had a very specific vision in my head of the bridesmaids' flowers and the flowers on the cake. I repeatedly had to tell Eileen what I wanted; I wanted all the same flowers for the bouquets and on the cake, but she kept trying to add in other flowers and other colors. I thought I had gotten my vision across to her closer to the wedding, but the day of the wedding, she showed up with bouquets that looked nothing like what I had said, and the cake topper was also vastly different from what I had told her. I was so disappointed with the flowers.
