It was easy to schedule and drop off the bicycles to have them serviced. The service provided was quick, and he called the next day saying the bikes were ready. They were tuned properly and even cleaned up a bit.
The only reason I rated the quality and customer service as a B instead of an A was because the tubes on the mountain bike were not replaced. When I dropped the bikes off, I told him if a tire tube needed replacement, to go ahead and do that. He didn't need to talk to me. When I picked up the bikes, he told me that the tubes in the mountain bike had a lot of punctures in it, and the Slime in the tires was still visible coming out. He didn't know how long they would hold air, and said I would probably have to replace them. I just don't understand why he didn't go ahead and replace those as I had authorized. I wish he had, as I will have to do that now.
