 + -1 moreSince there was nothing wrong and there was no charge, everything went great!
Description of Work: I thought TV was broken as I was unable to get any picture, however, it turned out that my son had apparently changed the channel with the TV's remote instead of the Comcast remote. The TV must always remain on channel 3 to receive a picture on Comcast and all chanel changes are done with the remote provided by Comcast. The repairman diagnosed the problem immediately and did not charge me at all.

 + -1 moreWe thought the tv was destroyed along with the cable box, but Mike had it repaired in less then 2 days, which I was not expecting. We are back up and watching the Olympics.
Description of Work: Our HD tv took a lightening hit and stopped working. PT&VS repaired the damage.

Description of Work: I had 3 TVs which were damaged by a lightning strike. One TV didn't work at all, and he was honest in stating "it would be cheaper buying a new TV." One other TV is damaged, but I haven't got fixed yet, but will go to him. The other TV was about 15 years old and not a flat screen so I just recycled. Very Honest!
