Description of Work: System service and inspection. Asked to have the ducts inspected because Termite people said insulation was in poor shape. Air Concepts said it was OK and no leaking joints. Definitely would use them again, professional, prompt and personable. Very affordable, expected a you need this and that pitch, but there was none!

+ -1 moreVery professional installation team. I was very pleased with the overall job and feel like I got a good deal on the installation. My only complaint (Nit Pick) is that they did not show up on time for the installation, which caused them to be at the house until 7PM on the day of the installation. I would definately recommend this company for heating and air repair or replacement.
Description of Work: Originally the company was called for a repair. They performed the repair successfully in a timely and professional mannor. A few months later I decided to replace my system due to the age of the unit. My 25 year old Trane unit was replaced with a new Trane high efficiency unit.

+ -1 moreOverall our experience was excellent. There were some unforeseen problems with our system that required them to come out on two more occasions. These problems were not created by Air Concept Solutions, but by the origional company that did the a/c installation. The owners(Mike and Terri) went out of there way to ensure we had temporary units in our home to keep cool and they found and corrected the problems(free of charge) created by the origional installation company. Mike himself showed up at 7:00pm last night and insured that the system was running correctly by doing a complete inspection in a thunderstorm. His dedication and professionalism was excellent and showed in his employees also. We are extremely happy that we found Air Concept Solutions(through Angieslist) and highly recommend them! + -1 moreMike responded by phone almost immediately when I requested service online. He arrived within hours, exactly at the time we agreed upon. He diagnosed the problem, a blown condenser on the exterior unit of the heat pump. He gave me the price, ($141.00) which seemed very reasonable. After replacing the condenser, he gave me sheveral suggestions on how to keep my unit running efficiently, and reduce the chance of future breakdowns. I know that someday it will break down or wear out. When that happens, Air Concept Solutions will be hearing from me.
Description of Work: The condenser burned out on my heat pump.

Without question, Mike and the guys from Air Concept Solutions are the best we have found in 10 years. I have also used them for some home repairs and they saved me over $600 in repairs there as well. Needless to say, I don't even feel the need to compare prices anymore because I know the work will be done correctly the first time and I will be charged a fair price. I know it seems weird to trust your repair man, but I do. Mike really knows his trade!

+ -1 moreThere was also a wire that needed to be replaced that they replaced free of charge. They also educated me on preventative maintenance and the importance to regularly change my filters. They were very knowledgeable in their field. I will be using them for all of my future A/C needs.
Description of Work: We recently had a problem with my A/C and turned out to be a bad contactor on the outside unit. Air Concept Solutions replaced the part for less than the competition. I am very satisfied with the service and the speed of replacement as i was on a very tight schedule on this particular day. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Great job Air Concepts!
