This is a family owned and ran business. My husband and myself are the only employees, but occasionally we ask for the help of 2 of our adult children, who have been thoroughly trained to know what is expected of them. We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards. Specials we have going right now is a deep cleaning for the price of a basic cleaning (regular deep cleaning price $120, Basic cleaning price $75) *Can be negotiable

We specialize in Commercial & Residential Exterior Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Roof Cleaning, Soft Wash, Window Washing, Deck & Fence Sealing.

"Awesomely! My house and driveway had not been cleaned for a number of years. Everything looks so much better! Clean Verde sent two crews to my house: first, the person to pressure wash the house and soft wash the driveway, then the crew to wash the windows and screens. Each crew had a truck fitted with the equipment they needed for the job. Everyone was on time, polite, and hardworking. My driveway has never looked this good after pressure washing - Clean Verde’s soft washing does a MUCH better job. Same for my windows - this is not a guy standing on the ground with a pressure washer, these guys set up ladders, remove the screens and clean them, then wash the windows with hoses and squeegees (how double pane thermal windows should be done). My house is so much brighter inside! Clean Verde will be the people I call from now on for exterior cleaning."

"Very arrogant! When done, finally after arriving late and machine breaking he insulted us , left stains which I showed him He said oh just let it dry! Never covered his shoes going in and out on wet carpet from gravel drive and left marks. Said he would be only 30 min it was well over an hour + Complained he had to move chairs after he was done but never told me that wasn't part of the price when he cane and I showed him. His machine broke down Told us he forgot to have us sign release and he should have known there were people like us that would complain. We are not well but had our son use our portable cleaner and few stains came right up. Unprofessional attitude. Our room is large and we are always charged for 2 rooms but he charged us for 4"
