Brandon is a great technician and very experienced. The office staff is very helpful and seems to follow through as promised. Overall, very satisfied.

They came and diagnosed the problem. Then took my 85 dollars for the service call told me the money would come off when they did the repair told me the parts were out of stock I have been calling every day for about a week no answer at the business phone and no call backs so I called the number the service tech used to call when he was on his way and it was out of service just scam artists as far as I am concerned.

We had a problem with our fridge not cooling down to the set temp. Call and we got prompt service the next day. They found the problem to be a bad circulation fan, ordered the part and installed it a few days later. This was over the holiday weekend so I understood that delivery would be impossible. They showed up when the said they would and the service was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and skilled. The price was very reasonable as well. I would defiantly use them again.

First time using this company but would not hesitate to use them again. Not on site when service was done but was told "Brandon was not only thorough but very professional. Will definitely call on them again!

The company scheduled an appointment to fix my refrigerator quickly, and the technician that came to perform the repair identified the issue, explained everything that he did to diagnose the problem, explained what would be required to complete the repair, and successfully completed the repair. His patience with making sure that I understand everything that was going on was very much appreciated.
