Came out said what was wrong. Said they would call back in 4 hours and also said they would email me reciept. 24 hours later no quote no reciept. Called two numbers I had for them 1 said account needs activation other was a answering machine I called 10 times never returned calls. Called Angieâ s list they gave me 3rd number. They did not even answer with company name. Asked why they did not call me back and where my receipt was. She replied must have got busy and forgot and besides that they donâ t make the part no more so there is nothing they can do. I asked what about my $85.00 dollar service charge. She replied he came out so you get nothing back not there fault part no longer made. Not even a partial. $85.00 is a lot of money when on social security. So I then checked my self. 3rd call I made I found the part for $20.00. Also found many companies with the replacement seal that is what it needs to repair. HBe warned when dealing with them.

Very good service on time did a great job would definitely use them again and highly recommend them our service got Brandon was excellent very polite! Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend them!

Arrived as scheduled and verified the part needed. Part was delivered on time and technician was back to complete the repair as scheduled.

I live three states away and the refrigerator went out. I called Old South and they showed up within two hours. Technician diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. The parts were ordered and arrived the next day. The tech fixed the problem and my tenant was extremely happy with the repair. I now have them in my phone and will not hesitate to call for any appliance repair.

Old South Appliance, LLC booked needs part job not completed yet

Although they didn't complete the work it was because of my decision AFTER they provided me with the price of a repair of the microwave. Considering how old the unit was and the cost to repair would equal or exceed the cost of a new unit I chose to go with a new unit. Although I did ask them if they could install the new unit, they stated it would be a two tech job and due to current work level constraints would not be able to do so. Therefore, I went with a contractor that was approved under the Lowe's Install program eince I purchased the new microwave there. But I like Old South Appliance and will plan on using them if needed in the future.
