Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable technician.

From my very call to Old South Appliance to the end of the service call, I was extremely pleased. Brandon did a very thorough job diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator. Also, the woman, whose name I can't recall, was extremely helpful in scheduling my appointment and seemed to act with a sense of urgency. Something rare these days.

Iâ m almost afraid to submit my review because I donâ t want anyone else using them because they are so good I want them all to myself!! My ice maker had been acting up for a while but was still producing a little ice. I got on line and Googled ice maker repairs and Home Advisor popped up. I filled out the questions but never submitted it. I received a phone call from Old South Appliances an hour later. I spoke with the sweetest woman named Michelle and she wanted to send someone out two days later but it wasnâ t convenient so I asked to wait a week. Brennan showed up and was so kind and professional. He accessed the situation and concluded the issue and needed to order the part. Michelle called later that day to give me a quote. Called me again 4 days later to tell me the part had come in and wanted to send Brennan out THAT DAY to fix the ice maker. Ice maker works great!! When I say this company is top notch, itâ s 100% top notch!! I couldnâ t have been happier with Old South Appliances.

Brandon came a few times to fix our fridge. The first time was to diagnose the issue, the 2nd time to repair the split waterline. We still noticed leaking water after the line was fixed and called and he came back & discovered that there was an issue with where the line connects to the ice tray. Brandon re-connected the fitting and it fixed the issues we were having. Would hire again. Very polite & punctual.

Old South Appliance sent Brandon Cannon out the same day I called. He correctly diagnosed the problem and was very professional. Also michelle who scheduled the appointment couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with.

Brandon Cannon was the service representative who came to the house. Very pleased with his work. He was an Iraq Veteran and I was a Vietnam Veteran and he thanked me for my services.

Professional, knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. Less cost than anticipated. I would highly recommend.

Called Sears first as this was a Kenmore product...lady on the line spent 15 mins trying to talk me into a $600 1 year warranty plus their service call was $159/higher than any local repair...real RIPOFF glad I called Old South.....they are professional and knowledgeable plus showed up when they said!

My washing machine stopped working. Unfortunately it is 15 years old and the parts to fix it were no longer available. They arrived promptly when they said they would and called me back with the news that the circuit board for my model of washer were not available. I have no complaints. They were polite and prompt.
