They are okay. We've had some issues with them. They are okay for oil changes and tire rotation. We were using them for several years. The new person we're dealing with seams really nice. We keep using them because of the convenience. I would only use them for oil changes and tire rotations.

The service visit went well as perusual. Multiple service routines were performed in a timely manner, the service consultant (Tim Evans) kept me apprised of the progress through each station and every contact was courteous. I would not go anywhere else for service to my 2009 Venza.

They are relatively quick getting your car in and out if you have an appointment. They don't take a lot of time to tell you about the services or the resulting work that was done. The waiting area is not that great.

When I get an oil change, it is very quick. They are very punctual. I have been really pleased with our tech writer there. He has worked with us before to get us lined up with car care credit, and we were able to get a 10% discount by simply putting the repairs that needed to be made at that time on to that credit card. It was a huge bonus. I would go back to them again for service.

On Monday, 4 Aug, we were returning from a visit to southern S.C. traveling north on I-77. I had the cruise control set and all was well. Suddenly the cruise kicked off, and we realized that all the gauges had quit working and shortly thereafter realized the air conditioning was not working either. When we attempted to roll down the windows, they did not work either. It was about 10:00 am and we were approximately 20 minutes south of Rock Hill returning to Gastonia. The heat was building up fairly quickly in the car but we made it Harrelson Toyota in Rock Hill. Shirley Wood, in the service department, met me as I got out of the car and took the basic information. She was very professional and friendly. We waited in a nice and very cool waiting room. There was a fairly large group of customers while we were there. All Service Department personnel we witnessed appeared to be very courteous and friendly toward the customers. After about an hour to an hour and half, Shirley returned to inform me that either the compressor clutch assembly or possible the whole compressor had apparently failed. They would need to do more work to determine the exact problem. They did not have the parts in stock to fix, but gave me an estimate from $500 (compressor clutch assembly) to $1500 for the whole compressor replacement. They replaced the fuse, and informed me that as long as I did not turn on the A/C, the car should run fine. As the car is a 1994 Camry with 290,600 miles on it, I don't know if I will repair or just look for a new car. There was no high pressure from the service department in any way. I was very impressed with the whole experience. If the sales personnel are as good as the service department, they may very well sell me a Toyota to replaced this one. This one has served me 14 years, and this is the first time the A/C has given any problem.

I wanted an older car, I wanted a 4 cylinder Toyota. I am a senior citizen and I did not need anything big because I don't do a lot of driving. They showed me cars that reeked of smoke and did not fit the description of what I told them I wanted. They called me and called me to coem out and look a cars, so finally I did and they sold me a car that was 8 cyl and they wanted me to write a check for $6,00 up front. I told them I could not but they told me that they would hold it until I got the $ in the bank. Turns out they cashed the check right away and I had to cancel the check. Luckily I cancelled it in time so it did not affect my credit. I took this vehicle to another dealership and they looked over my contract and turns out it had flaws in it so Harrelson had to take it back. I feel really bamboozled by this company I would never ever use them again. i would warn others to stay away!!!

Absolutely the worst customer relations I have ever experienced. Ordered a Prius May 1 and put down a $500 deposit, which we took as a reservation for the car as well. Told it would take 3-4 weeks for arrival. Called them May 14 and told had not arrived yet. We were called May 27th and told car was in. My wife informed them she was starting 7 night shift and would call to pick it up the following week. We were never told at anytime the car would be sold if we did not pick it up. Went to pick it up June 3rd and found it had been sold. Several lies then ensued. Lie #1: A salesman had called to tell my wife she had to pick it up or it would be sold, and there was a witness to the call. Truth: A phone call that went unanswered was witnessed. Lie #2: We were told May 22nd and told the car was in. Truth: looking at their records, they made a note they called May 22nd but got no answer. the only phone contact was May 27th. Lie #3: The car was on the lot for 3 weeks. Truth: I was told was not in on may 14th. All we wanted was the car and asked what they could do to get us past this misunderstanding. They were absolutely unwilling to make and attempt to rectify situation. only option offered was to get at end of 60 day waiting list. This situation had been handled by the sales man and sales manager. next went to GM of store. He appeared to us to be looking for a confrontation. When we did not give him one, he started yelling, yes yelling, at us because we did not agree with the analogy of them selling the car to the bill he received for missing his doctor's appointment. We asked what that had to do with the current problem and we just wanted to work to get past this. he said we would probably give him a bad review anyway so he didn't even want to try and we should go to another dealer. So we did, we went to Honda and had a wonderful experience. All they had to do was try to get us a car quickly. It was really quite simple.

They are very fast and very courteous. I don't mind driving the extra distance to have my oil changed there. The warranty work was done amazingly fast and without any problems. They have a great waiting room with leather couches. I wish they gave out coupons but they don't.
