TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FIRST, HE INSTALLED THE STEPS IN THE WRONG PLACE EVEN THOUGH THE DRAWING WE WENT OVER WITH HIM SHOWED WHERE THEY SHOULD BE (HE INSISTED WE PAY FOR PART OF HIS REDO). DIDN'T FINISH THE INSTALL OF THE POLARIS SYSTEM CORRECTLY, CAUSING WATER TO DRAIN BEHIND THE LINER AND THE LINER TO FLOAT. HAD TO DRAIN THE POOL AND REDO THE LINER. WHEN REFILLED, THE BOTTOM IS VERY BUMPY AND STILL SQUISHY IN SOME PLACES. PUMP IS LEAKING (AND STILL IS). DIDN'T GROUND METAL LADDER & RAILING. CONCRETE DECK WAS FINISHED SO POORLY HE BACKED OUT THE PRICE (HE DIDN'T STAY ON THE JOB TO SUPERVISE WORKERS).
