We had our entire duct work and 21yr old Trane Heat Pump replaced with a new Trane XB14(rated #1 for 2014). Trevor Coxton, owner of Carolina Refrigeration, is the BEST! I requested information from three company's. Trevor from Carolina Refrigeration was the first to call. Later I received a call from the other two. I listened to all of them and read the reviews from other customers and made my decision. Trevor gave me a date and time that he would be here to do my service. He called about 30 minutes before his scheduled time and told me that he was on his way. He arrived and not only serviced my AC system, but educated me on exactly what system that I have. He didn't try to upscale me on anything and in my opinion was very honest and trustworthy.
