"There was a misunderstanding regarding touch up paint that was left behind. When the new doors were installed our technicians left behind some paint because we used it on a couple of touch up areas . Somehow it got misplaced and we actually did replace it the following week. As far as the work that was done, the customer was very pleased."
"This customer?s cabinet boxes were in complete disarray and was informed that she needed to have a carpenter to reinforce some of the frameworks next to her dishwasher that had been installed haphazardly. We made at least 2 attempts to correct the issue without charging her but she wanted us to basically rebuild the frame which we had told her was beyond our scope of work. Before this episode, she raved about her cabinets so we are very surprised that she was holding this against us when we did our best to fix the issue. We have since offered to send out a professional at our expense to remedy the problem. We are waiting for her response!"
"I reached out to the customer to find out what they felt was undervalued so I could attempt to rectify any issues on our part, but Customer has not responded to my calls. At the time of completion, the customer did not voice any dissatisfaction. It was several months later that this complaint was actually filed with no opportunity for our company to address complaint."
"This was an enormous project that involved 10 separate painting locations throughout the house. Even though we make every effort to contain any overspray caused by our Factory Finish spraying process, it is practically impossible in a project where we are spraying in 10 different areas of the house to contain all the dust that may be produced by our process. When we were alerted by the customer regarding the dust issue we did send 2 crews out promptly the next day to clean up the overspray issue to his satisfaction. The only alternative is to use brushes and rollers but the cabinets will look painted instead of Factory Finished."
"The process actually took only 4 weeks to complete from the time the doors were ordered. One door that was slightly warped was reordered after the initial installation and the replacement door was reinstalled within 3 weeks of being reordered. Our 6 week backlog of work was added to the customers timeframe which skews their perspective of a 3 month total installation timeline. The customer was updated as to the status of the cabinet as it was being shipped and delivered. As a result the customer?s final payment was waived as a courtesy for any inconvenience even though the kitchen was complete otherwise to the their satisfaction."
