Our truck was vandalized, and per our insurance, towed to Marchant. The work done on the truck, while in and of itself, was fine. However, the customer service person we spoke with was one of the most sarcastic and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. We were told our truck would be ready in three days. And then in three days told there was only one part to fix it in the entire country, and it would take a week to have it shipped. We inquired into paying to have the part overnighted, but we were told it would still take a week. Didn't understand that. I thought overnight meant overnight. We were in the process of moving out of state, and I had just gotten out of the hospital, so tensions were a little high. The day the truck was promised, we took our loaner and rented a trailer, our friends showed up to pack it, and the plan was to load the truck as soon as it was fixed and hit the road. About 3 that afternoon, when we had not heard from Marchant, my husband phoned them and was told that the part would not be there for another week. When were they planning on telling us this? We had to borrow a truck, drive to Texas (since we had given up our house, we could not stay there any longer, new people were moving in in two days) and Christmas day drive back up to Charleston to pick the truck up. The service technicians did an okay job...the truck is still running. But customer service sucks. I would recommend that anyone who can pick another dealer to fix your vehicle, even if it means paying a little extra towing fee. The customer service is the rudest I have ever dealt with.

I called in the late morning and asked if the work could be scheduled . The service advisor told me it could be done immediately. I drove to the dealership, which took about an hour.
My Great Dane and I were greeted cordially and introduced to virtually all of the dealer service personnel. Coco met seven dogs and more than a dozen people, which pleased her beyond measure. Many of the people furnished treats.
The service work was done promptly and efficiently. Prices were fair.
I am extremely satisfied with the dealer.
