Description of Work: Blantons performed a preventive maintenance on my units for the summer season. Fredrick was very professional, wore shoe covers in my house, arrived on time, answered my questions and completed the service in a timely manner. No "surprise" repairs needed or did he try to sell me things I did not need.

Description of Work: He checked the unit. He explained to me so I could understand how this particular wall AC unit works, no outside drainage like others I have had, the problem and provided possible solutions. Since following his recommendations, I have had no further problems. Great service, professional and appreciate time he spent explaining what was happening.

Description of Work: My upstairs A/C was not working well enough. Turns out there was a freon leak because the previous service technician (from another company) left the caps off the service valves. Blanton refilled the freon and put new caps on.

Description of Work: Friendly, responsive, prompt, and just a little pricey. Be aware that there is $45 diagnostic fee. Came out and replaced capacitor within 2 hours of calling.

Description of Work: Blanton's performed a routine check and service of the HVAC system. Arrived on time, very professional and thorough. Job was not rushed and it was obvious that doing it right was important. Feel we received excellent value and will use Blanton's again.

Description of Work: They replaced all of our duct work underneath the house and did a great job. Jimmy and his staff were all very professional, did a great job, and even cleaned up after themselves. His prices are very reasonable and he is just so easy to work with. We were so pleased with the work on our old house, that we are currently building a new home and insisted that our builder use Jimmy for the new HVAC system.

Description of Work: Mr. Blanton and his crew were professional, courteous and very skilled at replacing my A/C, furnace and all the house ducting. They performed the work on time, with quality at a reasonable price for the amount of work and equipment involved. Mr. Blanton came out to do the initial estimate and he showed true concern about satisfying the customer and providing a very high quality A/C and heating system - and his company succeeded in acheiving both of those goals.

Description of Work: Nate arrived 10 min ahead of schedule, he and the other guys removed their shoes upon arrival and got to work. They quickly diagnosed our problem and gave several options. Nate discussed the advantages of each approach and left detailed estimates with no pressure to choose any of them. When we made our choice, he and the crew returned (ahead of schedule) and finished the job for the agreed upon price ine the estimated time. The system works well and everything was cleaned as if they were never here. We have contracted for continued service and will keep calling Blanton for outstanding service!

Description of Work: Very professional and very nice! Nathan and Chad were very upfront about the status of the work and the repair needs of our A/C unit. The guys either covered their shoes with protective booties or took their shoes off while they were in the house. They even cleaned up loose debris that had fallen from the attic. Bottom line- top notch, efficient service and my A/C is running again. Highly recommended!
