All was fine until remote devices connected to the security system stopped working and they wanted to charge me another $75/hr to troubleshoot the issue..  I had great respect for this company and owners until this occurred and I feel the work completed at $550 should have included a better warranty if something happened within 30 days. Very disappointed at Brandon's attitude about resolving the issue and another problem they fixed at my home failed within a month.  Beware as I feel they are only in this business for the money and not good customer service or follow up after work completion..  Failed to educate me on how mobile devices were connected to the security system and then wanted to charge me more money to resolve the issuce when they falied within 30 days.  I would never use or recommend this company.

"This is a complete lie, the time was 60 days from the point of install to the point of her contacting me.the customer bought the system and my company was not familiar withe the unit or the monitoring. i there was 5 trips made to her house with issues with the unit. i will back up anything i buy and install but i can not warranty a system the customer bought. i would go out of business trying to do so."
