A lot of people in the area have used her and I just went by word of mouth. We've just put a house on the market. She knows what she is doing, she's very well informed, is relatively aggressive, and takes care of business.

Was looking for a home in the Pawley Island area, looking on line for a realtor and could not have gotten any luckier to get Mr.Lilly. I guess the stars and the universe must have been in perfect harmony.I have delt with other realtors before and they made me feel they were doing me a favor.
Mr.Lilly made me and my wife feel very comfortable when we were looking. Mr.Lilly went above and beyond our expectations before and after the sale. We never felt pressured and Mr.Lilly has an excellent personality.

He is outstanding and is not high pressure; he's just easy going and has a lot of integrity. Bill is very honest and is easy to work with; I would not use anybody else. I have no negatives at all; he is fair and is a good guy.
