Our whole experience was excellent. The receptionist was very pleasant and we set up a time to have them come out which was tough due my wife and I's work schedules.They showed up on time with all the tools necessary for the job. They were very professional and considerate of our home. We have a dirt drive way and it tracks a lot of dirt in the house. Our plumber came in and left his shoes at the door and put on booties to enter our home. We also have an 80 lb lab. He was happy to pet and greet him even though our dog sounded like he wanted to eat him. Although not a tough job, what I assume is fairly common, they were in and out in no time and our fixtures finally drain properly. I could not be more happy or recommend a company more.

Using an electric snake, the plumber cleared all the drain lines in the house. Then he used a snake camera and verified that there was nothing remaining of a blockage. The plumber was very efficient and he had the needed equipment in his truck.

Quick, clean and professional. A very nice job and we are quite pleased both with the installation and the price. I'd hire them again for any other plumbing work we may need done. This is an update to my review: Within a week of the install, the new toilet failed through NO FAULT of DS Plumbing. Joe came out on SATURDAY and repaired the toilet and then came back a few days later to install a new commode. He checked all the pipes/plumbing and did the install. Cannot believe the fabulous service! He called in a few days to be sure it was working properly and we are amazed. Besides that, DS Plumbing issued a refund for the price of the failed commode. We are more than pleased and look forward to using DS for some updates in the future. Customer Service is first and foremost for this company. They are amazing!!!

I was really pleased with their work. He came on with bootees on his feet and a name tag on. He also had a shirt bearing the name of the company so it made me very comfortable to work with him. Whenever he came in and out he was very careful to remove and put on the bootees. He would give me a report of what he was going to do. They are very polite also.
