We hired Certapro based on their proposal price and availability to start immediately. The paint crew (contractors) were professional, on time, and did a nice job. We had to point out a few things that they missed as they went along which they corrected immediately. I have given a 3-star review as during the 8 days of painting (entire interior of our home), the owner of the franchise never reached out to check on his paint crew or the job they were doing. He has yet to check in with us to see if we are satisfied or have any concerns. We wrote a check for the entire amount to the contract crew leader and still have not heard from the owner.

Fred Guenther was professional, dependable, friendly, and communicated very well. Allan Portillo was assigned to do the project and did an excellent job. He was always here on time, he always let us know when he was leaving and what he was going to do and what he had done he was professional, dependable, friendly, and communicated very well.

They did an outstanding job on my ceilings and a reasonable price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Plus, their customer service through Dana was first rate, she was always ready to help me at any moment.

Fred Guenther was so professional to work with since I had a difficult situation when my a/c overflowed onto my ceilings and walls. He understood what had to be done to put my home back to my satisfaction. His team, led by Vinnie were professional, knowledgeable, and great workers. Love my new ceiling and walls. Would hired Certa Pro for my next painting project.

Great customer service and professional painting.

After receiving numerous bids to paint the interior of our new home, I selected CertaPro Painters and am I glad I did! I arranged for the bid with the office assistant, Kris Teena, who was friendly and quick to make arrangements for Fred, the owner, to come by to review the job specifications. The bid was prepared thoroughly and quickly - while Fred was still at the house - and I was able to easily understand how the estimate was arrived at. Kris Teena readily accommodated my request for a quick turn around and selected a team with my job in mind. The painting team led by Luis did a beautiful, detailed job that began with reviewing the entire job with me to make sure instructions for paint selection and placement were clearly understood. What followed was extremely detailed preparation prior to painting to insure other surfaces were not splatted during the painting process. Prior to finishing the job, the Luis walked with me throughout the house to make sure I was completely satisfied. I won't hesitate to use CertaPro for other painting projects in the future

Sloppy work.

Awful job, had to fire the first subcontractors. Second team had to redo everything. Took forever, and they were sloppy. You're better off not painting at all than using this company. They'll promise you anything just to get the job, and then you're on your own.

Hired to paint interior of new home. Fired them on day 2. Quoted me price for requested premium paint. Found out he was using Builder's grade paint. Did not prep walls properly. STAY AWAY!

The customer service was very good. Kris Teena was very helpful and was able to assist whenever things didn’t go quite as planned. There was some issues with the job but they didn’t hesitate and got someone else out there to fix the problem in a timely manner. Overall I’m satisfied with their service.
