When I got my dogs home, I noticed a couple of big scabs on one from being bitten, and I give my dog flea protection. They weren't brushed and seemed to have been neglected. Also, I was told when I made the arrangements, I would be given a 10% discount for being a first time customer, yet they charged us full price. I spoke up and got an and quot;attitudeand quot; from the woman at the front desk who told me they don't give discounts. She did finally give me the discount on one dog.

l They are a very good kennel in terms of cleanliness and professionalism. The dog was well treated and came home in good shape. We no longer use them because we found a place closer to our home and they have space for the dogs to stay out instead of having to cage them for most of the day.

I had never boarded my dog before and I was very concerned about leaving her overnight in a strange place, but the manager and staff were very helpful and let me walk through the facility and answered all my questions. They put me at ease about leaving her. I think it was a positive experience for my dog and I will use them again.

The staff was very nice. They let the dogs run around inside and also gave her a bath. She seemed to be very happy with her stay there.
