Precision was able to come out to fix my garage door immediately. After inspection of the garage doors, I decided to order new garage doors because of the age of the old ones. Installation went exceptionally well. Everyone was professional, prompt and very kind. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs service and/or looking to purchase a garage door.

Whole process was done as promised with professionalism and on time! Very nice products with plenty of options. The installers were great with my questions and really did a nice job! (and cleaned up too!) I still am amazed at how the doors changed the look of my whole property!

Precision Door ROCKS!! I had them install (replace) our garage door opener that was here since the house was built (20 years). They did a tremendous job, always professional, worked the first time every time!! They are really great. So good that when the other door opener wore out (again, 20 years old), I had them replace that one too. I can't talk about service after the sale because they did such a great job, I don't need service!! We also had both doors replaced (original, rusted) without a problem! Truly professional folks. I wouldn't call anyone else!!.

After a nightmare of dealing with contractors over a two year period, I called Precision Garage Doors to order some long needed doors. From the initial contact, who measured and placed the order, to the installers, it was such a pleasant experience working with this company. Highly competent, very personable employees, fair prices, this company should provide lessons to the building trade on how to provide good, honest service to their customers. Five stars isn't enough--they deserve a 10 star rating.

It didn't they quoted close to $700 said door and frame needed to be totally rebuilt. Called Acme door came and quoted me $85 to rewind rollers and spring. Fixed it in 10 minutes! Also told me what i can do myself to fix bottom panel that was damaged.

In prior years, Precision would contact me after I purchased their services through Angie's list. Not so this year. I had to reach out to get the appointment scheduled. When I did, they couldn't find me in their system although I have used them for many years. So the appointment process was less than ideal The service, however was great. Came on time and did a good jpb.

Dylan showed up early in the service window. He was polite and professional. I feel that the service call fee was reasonable and then after fixing my issue, he performed some preventative maintenance for a fair price. Also, I called Saturday afternoon and they had someone out Sunday morning. I’ve used them once before and had a similar experience. Highly recommended.
