We manage our business and treat our customers based on the industry recognized "Consumer Bill of Rights". I first saw the boat online and called on a Saturday to see if it was still for sale. They happened to be holding an in-water demonstration that day, but the receptionist put George the parts manager on the line to answer any questions I might have. He was enthusiastic, professional and helpful. I went to see the boat the same day and they let me see whatever I wanted to see on the boat. I asked to have the motor run and they did so promptly and let me ask the mechanic who hooked it up any questions I wanted. When I decided to make the deal, they promptly got a salesman up from the in-water demo. Keep in mind they are down at the water trying to sell serious high-dollar boats, but still jumped up to help me with the sale.We couldn't complete the sale that day due to banks being closed, but I was able to put some money down and hold it until Monday. On Monday, I went and completed the sale. Again, every person I came into contact with was enthusiastic, personable, and professional.
Since the sale, I have received letters from the Service Manager and Mr. Duncan himself. Again, I'm very impressed at their level of service and attention for the level of boat I purchased. When I upgrade from this little bass boat, Duncan's will be the first place I will look.
