The furniture delivery was spot on. Even early, and since we had given our previous furniture away, and were sitting on lawn furniture, we were thrilled to have it delivered before the specified time window. The deliveryment were extremely polite and professional. The sofa beds weighed a few hundred pounds each, and they treated them like they were glass getting them into my house. They unwrapped them, pulled the beds out, explained the opening and closing safety, etc. We had great service from the time we started shopping in Ashley Furniture, until we finally we able to sit upon these very comfortable sofas. I will gladly do future shopping at Ashley, and highly recommend their store, service and products.
Description of Work: We purchased 2 beautiful sofa beds from Ashley Furniture. The saleswoman we dealt with was excellent. We explained that we had to arrange for carpet installation, therefore didn't know exactly when we would need the furniture delivered. No problem. They held it in their warehouse for about a month before we could finally have it delivered.
