It is an interesting place to shop!  Service was professional, delivery was as promised, and he was knowledgeable about the product.

This is a consignment store. I saw a rug I was interested in, asked the owner if that was the best price she cold give me. She came down approximately 20% and, though the store policy is no returns, was gracious and said I could bring it back if I didn't like it, after seeing it in our home. I did keep the rug, but was reassured knowing that it could be returned. The owner of the store has always been pleasant in my dealings with her and I have recommended this store to may acquaintances.

The owner of the shop is very difficult to deal with--if you ask questions about their policies, she looks annoyed. The chair we brought in was priced very low--it sold within a few weeks. After a month, we stopped by and asked if she had sent us a check from the proceeds. She was annoyed and said their accountant hadn't checked the receipts yet and that we'd get the check within a few weeks. We got the same response a month later. The third month when we showed up, she wrote the check out for us on the spot. We have never heard back about the bed and couldn't bear to deal with her again. We never received status reports or any other information by mail although we checked with them several times to make sure they had the correct address.
