It went very well and we were able to close over the phone since we had a plane to catch. Lance was very patient and helpful and wouldn't hesitate to call again if needed.

He was really great. He showed us a bunch of houses. He showed 15 houses and we picked the 14th house. We would use him again in the future when we plan on buying another house.
