Technician, Zack, showed up on time - that's a big plus. He was very thorough in his inspection, changed 2 return filters for us and added a small amount of coolant to the system. The technician figured out the problem, replaced the connector/contact box plus installed a compressor saver and was finished in record time. He even showed me the damaged part and explained how the new item worked so I could understand it. Good thing he could diagnose the problem because not only could this have led to major problems with much more expensive repairs but it was also a fire hazard.

Chris was professional, very knowledgeable, and personable. He thoroughly checked the wiring of both the air handler and the fuse box and explained what he was doing at every step. Because of my maintenance agreement, I was able to save 50% on the service trip and 30% on the cost of the fuse. I have found One Hour's techs to be well trained and mindful about trying to limit expenses for me.

Everything was ok except the capacitor needed replacing due to numbers that could indicate a failure in the near future, which would have stopped the fan from working during a hot spell. This is South Carolina - we have lots of hot spells.

If you are a military veteran they even started a “Hero Program” that shows their appreciation for our service.... They have never been late and are always prompt... Turned out the thermostat was working correctly and shutting down for safety reasons. The technician Chris came out on Mothers Day and found the problem quickly. Explained it in a way I could understand and promptly fixed the condensation tube problem. A fine young man I would recommend to anyone.
