They treated us with respect and cleaned up after themselves. They do come for a semi-annual check. They put little booties on to make sure our house stays clean. Everyone we talked to was polite and thorough and very professional and friendly.

I live 700 miles from my vacation home. My next door neighbor toold me there was a problem with my heat pumps. She also told me she was having hers serviced and there was a guy there from that could take a look at mine while he was there. I said fine. He called me to let me know that both units needed to be replaced. He wanted to replace virtually everything including the slabs. His total quoted price was well over $10000. I went on Angies list and talked to a few of the recommened companies and finally decided on A Airconditioning. They were not told anything about the quote I got from these guys and offered a quote of $2200 to repair the 2 units but did recommend that I replace one of them instead. THe total cost to repair the one and replace the other was $4300, a far cry from the figure these guys gave me.

I’ve been real pleased with them. They are very prompt. They come when say they are going to come. The servicemen are very thoughtful and put those little things on their shoes when they come in to my house. Their prices are reasonable. I would continue to use them in the future.

Excellent service! Quick response; fair pricing for product purchased; professionalism from initial contact until installation. (Company offered temporary unit for weekend use, since we called them on Friday, and they could not install until Monday! We did not take advantage of this, but we were impressed that they thought to offer.) Follow-up visit and phone calls to see how unit was working. We could not be more satisfied. Wish we had found this company sooner.

They are my favorite contractor. My last interaction with them was fine. Their timeliness stood out to me as they normally gave a two hour window and not a four hour window for their arrival. If they were not there during that time, then they would call. As a matter-of-fact, they were here today and they were on time.

Overall I was not as satisfied with them as I could have been. I think that they could have suggested a different route. Now I have a broken pump under my house. They will come fix it but they are asking me to spend money on other things before they will. They showed up on time, but the quality of work is not that good.

"Went out 12/5/08. Free quote. Client wanted sump pump and duct cleaning for ins. claim. Quoted $1290. Went to do work 12/30/08. No charge. Could not do work. Water & raw sewage under home. Went 12/31/08 and dug trench around crawl space and installed sump pump; only charged $622.00. On 5/14/09, client said someone from her church said the pump was not working. Went out at no charge and found sewage under home. Recommended plumber, and grade away from home. Told client when the issues were corrected we would come back to check the pump. On 7/8/09, sent tech back at no charge and replaced the pump. Client had gravel put around home and had plumber fix issues. The pump is working. Tech recommended taking plastic liner from under home that the builder put there. It is holding water. 7/13, called client and she said it is working. Thanks for your help. The pump we put in had been damaged by pumping sewage, but we replaced free anyway. - Brenda Fergueson, General Manager"

Excellant! I asked many questions, and decided to purchase a programmable thermostat, along with installation. Never any pressure and the service tech. (Joe Ferrara) was very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I have requested Joe to do all of my future service calls, even if it is only routine maintenance.
