The work went well. The technician was very professional and on time. He also suggested a better way to address my issue, and the duct did not have to be moved. Good company to deal with.

It took them 2 days to do a 1 hour project and in the process , broke my gas exhaust pipe,that carries out carbon monoxide ,didn't report it and I had a carbon monoxide leak in my exhaust fan. A large hole, for months then they denied the damage and refused to ,repair it. The company that repaired it stated it was obvious that 1 of the original guys fell over the exhaust fan and dislodged it. 1 hour continued to deny any wrong doing and I had to pay for repairs. Beware!!!!!!!

I like the duct cleaning and seal protection. The wifi thermostats are great. The sales rep and installation techs were great. So far, everything is running and at or above expectations. One Hour Heating and Air sets the bar high for their competition to try to match.

I was so impressed with Tom, our salesman, who was honest, genuine and forthcoming in all our choices. I can't say enough about how happy we are with their dependability and ease in choosing this major purchase which they seem to make affordable. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Value,Value, Value. I never ask to buy the cheapest shoes in the store and I certainly would not want the cheapest contractor for an expensive investment like a heating system. Instead, I want value for my money,and that is what I received when I bought their product and their service. Competitive price, knowledgeable employees, courteous installers, and salesman, on time every time, and total complete installation with directions on use and care of the new system. Very refreshing to have such good people come into my home and care about my belongings and my time.
