Move Myrtle Beach was totally professional from start to finish. They called me within a minute or two of my request. The gentlemen was extremely professional and curtious. He went over their pricing and explained that there were no hidden fees. I wanted the project done the day of calling and he, with enthusiasm, called in two men to complete the job. The workers were conscientious and curtious. They warped the funiture in blankets for protection. They did not waste any time. My move was a small cross county move; therefore, they only had five pieces of furniture to move. Yet, they had everything wrapped and loaded in 15 minutes. The price for this move was reasonable; other movers of this type priced much higher. I would most definitely recommend.

Easy to work with

Don't hire them!!!! They were 3hrs late and gave no phone call, I had to call them. Joel was incompetent, he forgot that he had his men at another job. I asked him the day before that I needed boxes and tape and he never produced neither. I told the movers not to touch my TV with their bare hands, which they end of doing anyway, so my TV was marked up. Now, I was just moving from one apt to another in the same complex. Once moved in I went through all my boxes. I was missing two boxes at least, There was no boxes left in the old apartment, because I was there the next two days cleaning it. I went through every closet, drawer, cabinet and found nothing in any of them, expect they left a picture on the wall in my bedroom. I called Joel and let him know about the boxes, which he denied his men or him have them. I just don't know they can just disappear; I went through ever box at least 3 times. I truly believe that the men that moved me took them. One box had all my spices and baking goods and the other box had, echo dot, several DVD movies, brand new in it box a phone soap sanitizer, wand sanitizer, bag full of chargers and headphones. and Bose portable headphone. So, because of all that, I would never recommend them or trust them EVER!!!! SO BEWARE!!!

I was quoted two movers 3 hours minimum to move and one hour travel time. 4 hours at $95 per hour for a total of $380. The truck was nearly an hour late. Three movers showed up not the agreed upon two. They expected us to pay for their cigarette breaks. The new hourly rate was $135 for the ?extra? mover. If we only went with the agreed upon two movers suddenly our move time would drastically increase from three hours to at least five hours for a new total of $570. This was absolutely NOT in the quote I was emailed. They just showed up and basically extorted the increase from us. It was very unprofessional. My son was moving into the first home he had bought for his family and this was the kickoff. It was a disappointment to be treated this way. We paid the difference because we had no choice but I can?t in good conscience recommend them.

Weâ ve had several great experiences with Move Myrtle Beach. Joel and his guys have moved us 4 times over the last few years and each move has been as stress free as possible when moving. This last move required a few weeks in storage, 2 trucks, 2 crews on each end. Our furniture, boxes, etc. all arrived and with no damage. Everything was put where we asked, and moved a second time when things didnâ t look the way Iâ d hoped. Jackson, Moe, Tee, Antonio, Jeff, Justin and Gary couldnâ t have been nicer or easier to work with. Everyone had a great attitude from start to finish. A great group of guys that youâ ll be glad you invited to your home. Iâ m not looking forward to another move, but if we do, Iâ ll call Joel and his guys!!

I was moving out of my parents house into an apartment near campus on short notice.I did not know whom to trust with moving my stuff in a short time.My mom then called the Move Myrtle Beach, who handled everything exceptionally.The transition from my parentâ s place to my apartment was very smooth and hassle-free.

After securing my dream job in Missouri City,I was looking for a reliable moving company. Then my friend suggested Move Myrtle Beach to me for remarkable services at reasonable costs. I decided to take her advice and hire them to move my house. After seeing their services, I am glad about my decision.

Joel choose some great guys. They are motivated and hard working. They worked as a team. I would highly recommend Myrtle Beach Moves. No issues. Just great talented guys.

The young men were very polite and respectful. They had a great attitude and were In and out in no time. The china cabinet was extremely heavy and bulky. But they got the job done. Great work. I would use this company again.

If I could give this company and especially its owner a negative 5 I would! Damaged items were not reported to insurance carrier after our official claim was made to the owner of MMB. Brand new in box small appliances were taken from their storage unit and they will not accept any responsibility. To make things worse they significantly dinged, scraped, gouged and scuffed up the walls, ceilings and baseboards of our brand new house*s staircase. Owner came out to remove scuff marks with SHOUT fabric cleaner clothes! Not only did this not work but it caused more damage to the walls. For close to three months the owner has told us he has been trying to get the paint needed to repair the walls telling us he cannot find any due to production shortages. Lies! Lies! Lies! For three weeks I contacted the paint manufacturers 5 local stores twice a week on their delivery days and guess what? Every single time I checked at least 4 of the 5 stores had the paint needed in stock. In fact I went down and got some of this paint I needed for another project of mine. After eleven weeks we decided to get estimates from a professional contractor to due the job right and I let the owner of MMB of our intentions. At that point he threatened us that he would not reimburse us for ANY of our losses including these repairs and told us that any professional contractor, ANY, would only try to rip us off. We are not done with this problem by a long shot but I will update as it progresses. Absolutely no integrity what so ever! RUN AWAY from this supposed professional mover.

They were professional when I called the number for the comapny Joel answer all the time no matter what it was. Great communication. They do not take money till I was completely happy. I would highly recommend them!
