201929579A lack of ice and water and proper flashing caused this large old chimney to leak. We removed the rotten decking and replaced with it with snug fitting CDX plywood. This chimney base is now fully protected with ice and water, base flashing, and counter flashing and wont be leaking ever again.

It was phenomenal. They finished it within a day. They came in right away at 8 o'clock in the morning and done at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. They cleaned up after. No one was hurt. I was really happy that people who came here really worked.
