The owner Darrin and his first mate Ricky arrived exactly when they said they would, performed the exchange of my existing unit with a new unit, and were very professional, clean, and very conscientious of their work.

Technician arrived within an hour of my call. Diagnosed the problem, completed the repair, and obtained manufacturers warranty information in the course of an afternoon. Excellent service and value.

If I could give more stars I would. My heat died during the night it dropped to freezing. I called and spoke with the owner, he was at my house within 20min, prices were very reasonable and he was honest.

Was thorough with check -up. Asked if he would look at our gas fireplace and he did and found problem in a minute or two.
