"Thank you for providing feedback. We pride ourselves on offering the best service to our customer and we are happy you were pleased with our service. Our professional recommendation was that the builder's grade faucet be replaced with a better faucet since the original faucet did not last as one would expect. The faucet and dishwasher were both less than four years old and both were no longer functioning as designed. We called the Member with our recommendation along with the price. He approved the replacement as recommended. We installed a quality faucet with a two year labor warranty. The faucet comes with a Lifetime Warranty on the finish as well as the cartridge. Offering anything less would not be a good value. Comparing a good quality faucet to an inexpensive dishwasher is not a fair comparison. In the long run, you will see that the faucet we installed is a better value than the new dishwasher you purchased because it will last as designed and give you many years of reliable use."
