"I sincerely apologize for not responding to your telephone call. Since I am the one who answers the phones, the blame rests with me. As you have probably read numerous reviews, you know that is not customary for our company. The majority of the time, not only do we respond quickly to phone calls, we also respond quickly to the caller's plumbing needs. I don't specifically recall getting your message; however, no response is unacceptable, and in this situation, your "F" was merited. Again, I am sorry we failed to live up to your expectations. As a company, we try very hard to please our customers and potential customers. It is rare that something falls through the cracks, such as your request for service. When it does, I take it to heart and I am embarrassed. Although no one (especially me) appreciates negative feedback, I can only look at it as an opportunity to do better next time.
