Mike was very responsive to our request for a quote and spent time getting to know us and what the job entailed. We had just moved in, and we needed to get the carpet in three bedrooms stretched asap before our furniture arrivedâ and Mike was able to fit us in by doing the job himself. I can’t say enough good things about the way Mike took care of us while installing new flooring in our recently purchased condo. From our very first phone conversation, til the installation of our new LVT, Mike was on top of everything. They are slick talkers but their terrible work speaks volume. I had another installer come and redo the terrible work they did. He ripped up everything they did and repaired my floor properly for LESS money. I wouldnt hire them to build a shoe box! When they get your money their whole demeanor changes! The sob story about his family is crap! I have the photos to back up this review!

"To all who read this my name is Michael I am the owner of floor décor and more it never ceases to amaze me how people continue to lie and get away with it look at my rating and reviews I have been in the flooring business 44 and a 1/2 years you don't stay in business as long by doing bad things if I cannot earn the trust and respect of a customer I will not do the job. No one would help this elderly gentleman so I decided to do so despite despite my wife being in hospice 9 days before she died I still went out and did the job I have 5 men plus myself that will testify in quarters to what transpired on this job and I also have photos to all"

Mike is a very nice man and knows what he's doing. He fixed some areas for me that we didn't even discuss and he didn't charge me for it. If I had to state a negative, the only thing I would say is that he is overly friendly and loves to chit-chat. But I would use him again in a heartbeat.
