"Dear consumers, As you can see I continue to grow as a 5 star company as a carpet retailer for 40 years. We sold the carpet and installed 3 bedrooms, moved all the furniture, gave padding upgrades 3 times higher for free. In the flooring industry, we try to accomidate the customer with an approximate time. It is very difficult to be all things to all people, but I accomplish 3-5 jobs a day without a hiccup. I was at Marge's house today at 8:00 PM to deliver 2 area rugs we cleaned. We prayed together, hugged, and Marge gave me a $50 tip. Some customers don't understand that our work schedule varies and the completion time for each job changes"

We made several appointments with the customer, but due to her time constraints, we had to keep changing dates to accomodate the customer, and unfortunatley, the customer did not state this in her rating. I was patient with her changing the appointments. The work was done with excellence. P.S, this was not an estimate. This was an actual repair of engineered wood."

"Dear consumer's, the work performed was a dificult task. when the floor was installed a product called orange glow was applied to the engineered wood floor. The floor was damaged as a result. I was able to dry strip over 800 square feet 'literaly" every square inch of flooring without damaging the floor any further. I saved my customer over $12,000 in replacement costs. If any consumer has any any project that is either difficult or near impossible call us, we excel; where others fail. P.S this was a liquid polymer, simply liquid plastic not wax"

Removed an area of rotted plywood, installed new 2x4's and one sheet of 3-1/4 plywood and finished work with white quarter-rounds. Now my customer has the nicest flooring in town."
