CAROLINA PINES REALTY INC
About us
Customer Service with one agent, that you like, from beginning to end. We are Realtors, not real estate agents. This means that we belong to the national, state and local Realtor Associations which has a very Strict Code of Ethics that we must follow. If not, we have a board of our peers that oversee any issues / complaints. This allows you, the consumer, the safety of an organization that polices itself and it's members so that the actions of one do not affect us all. The owner / broker, Beth Ross, has an open door policy and if you have issues, problems, compliments, etc, she is available to you at any time. Her office is located right inside the front door at the office, so you can always see her if she is there! We will allow you out of a listing or buyers agency at any time you wish if we are not fulfilling your expectations. Individualized searches set up and sent directly to you from our MLS based on criteria you give the Realtor working with you. If you want a specific service related to Real Estate, don't hesitate to ask us and we will do our best to accommodate you!
