Sales rep, office personnel, and installers were all so very helpful, pleasant and very professional. We were very pleased. The installers did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left. We highly recommend this company.

We are new to the area and moved into a home we had built, hired several businesses to instal different. Carolina Enery was by far the easiest to work with. Workers were on time, courteous, and hard workers, temperatures were over 100 with the heat index and they never complained, finished the job in two days and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you! Wish all projects went as well.

Spray Foam Insulation Installation
I put a deposit down but unable to follow through with the job until more fund are available. Expensive job. So the quality of work rating only reflects the appraiser going under the house, took photo's of what needed to be done and his recommendation. The site would not let me skip this question.

Called quickly after I sent an email and came when they said. Very professional and clean. Very pleased. This was a very small job (insulation over a porch that is being enclosed) but they treated us just as if it were a big job. Some companies would not have even bothered. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

It is hard to rate the money I spent yet until I get some electric utility bills and compare to see what the savings will be. As far as the sales rep. and the two young men who did the work. They were very informed, clean and hard working. C.E.C. is fortunate to have men like those I met as represenatives of their company.

I had blown in insulation installed behind a bathtub located on an outside wall. I don't know much about this work but it appears that they have done a good job. There was some small mess which was cleaned up before the installers left. They were careful not to track dirt into the house and they brought their hose in through a bathroom window so as not to have to run it across our white carpet. I would have given this company five stars except for a small glitch. They had to reschedule the original date and they didn't call until 6:30 the evening before. I would still recommend this company.
