I am very particular who I hire to service anything in my home. Choosing BeachAir was the right pick. Buddy was punctual,polite and knowledgeable,explaining what and how he was going to service my split system. I was so pleased with his work I signed a one year contract to service my HVAC system.

Very professional, I did have a couple of issues that needed to be tweaked but there was no problem. I called Beach Air and they were at my door within the hour and the problem was fixed. Very happy with this company and its staff would recommend to any one in need of HVAC assistance.

Beach Air was fantastic! The tech quickly identified what was wrong, and fixed the problem. Each time I called, the owner, Chris Quade, immediately picked up the phone. As soon as the job was completed, Chris had a staff member contact me to let me know they finished the job. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use Beach Air. Their logo is awesome!

Response time from Chris was immediate! Matthew arrived on time and was quick, courteous and knew his stuff. He fixed my ac temporarily until he could get the right part the next day! Beach Air is good!

Being new to HVAC and having a problem, I contacted Beach Air and described what was going on and asked for a "rough" price range" for replacement. I spoke with Chris at the company and he took the time to explain all the variables to me, including the term "coastal coating" which is used to prolong unit life in coastal areas, and we live right on a marsh and the intracoastal. I felt very comfortable interacting with him. When the technician showed up to troubleshoot the problem, he was very professional and polite - I always like to watch a little to learn, and Matthew was accommodating answering questions as he worked. One unit was a quick fix, but one unit had to be replaced. Again, Chris emailed me with very specific prices for the various units and took the time again on a follow up call to explain the differences and a brief education on SEER. After making what I thought was an informed decision, Matthew and Anthony came to install the new unit. It was completed in one day with very little disruption. They were both very professional and completed the work quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend Beach Air for anyone who needs HVAC work.

My air went out the day, relatives arrived to spend time at the beach...aahhhhhhhhhhh! Fast response to phone call (many didn't even bother calling back). Beach Air was there that afternoon (Saturday), completed a temporary repair to get us thru the weekend (100 + degrees). Back first thing Monday to check out complete unit and get parts ordered.The unit works better than it ever has. Friendly and great customer service.

This is a well run company. The receptionist was very nice, she scheduled an appointment for today, and the repairman Matt arrived right on time and fixed the problem. A very good experience. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience! Matthew was great. Identified the problem and fixed it right away, no waiting for parts or equipment or any of the delays I've experienced previously. Very happy with the service, from scheduling the appointment to the final result, and will recommend to everyone!

Chris showed up on time. My central air had stopped working and I was fearful that, after 17 years, it might need replacing. Chris found the capacitor had failed and the fan motor was not working. But, after replacing the capacitor and turning it back on, the unit worked fine. Amazing. He then replaced my A/C filter for me. All is working fine.

Their response was very quick. Matt came and had the system running quickly. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He had to return with a part and came exactly when he said he would. I would and have recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

Our A/C stopped working on the hottest day of the year which also was a Saturday. I called Beach Air who arrived in less than 2 hours to fix the problem. Matt was professional and knowledgeable with 15 years experience. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the problem and make recommendations. He suggested he look in to whether or not our broken part was still under warranty rather than just charge us for it and sure enough it was. That was a savings of $300. I will definitely recommend Beach Air to our friends and neighbors.
