I am beyond frustrated with this location, and if I could give it 0 stars, I would. My husband and I purchased a sectional and some other pieces over 8 weeks ago now. At the point of purchase, our salesperson, Paul Ellis, informed us that it would take 3-8 weeks to arrive. He also lied to us and said he would contact us each week with updates on our furniture because “he did that for all of his customers.” At 3 weeks into this ordeal, we had still never heard from Paul. My husband reached out to him for an update, and he said there was really no point in calling us if there wasn’t any new information so there’s another lie. This past Friday, August 7, was 8 weeks. Had we heard from Paul or anyone else at the store about our furniture? Of course not. My husband once again called the store to check on our things, and guess what?! Nobody knew what was going on. Saturday morning rolls around, and Paul finally calls my husband to say that our furniture that was promised to us within 3-8 weeks won’t be arriving until the end of August, possibly September for some of the pieces. That’s 12 weeks or more and had we known it would take that long, we never would have purchased from this company. What happened to Paul saying he’d call us with updates? This is a HUGE update that he missed or didn’t care about, and either way, I am beyond livid. I reached out to the store to speak with the manager, and I never heard from him. Paul simply called my husband again, and that is bad business. I wanted to speak with the manager who blatantly didn’t return my call. That’s bad business. In Paul’s first of 3 calls to my husband on Saturday, he assured my husband that he would reach out to him Monday even though he was off that day to provide us with definitive dates of arrival for our things. In one of his subsequent calls, Paul said he’d call Monday or Wednesday to check. Why lie? Why continue to change your story? Please don’t purchase from this company because the lack of respect for their customers is obvious and infuriating. If any member of management or the parent company of this set of Ashley Furniture stores happens to see this, I need dates for our furniture. I need resolution ASAP.

The process was very simple. Ashley helped me pick out what I wanted, gave me a fair price, and set up a shipping date.everything arrived on time and even the delivery people were very professional.

I've bought quite a bit of furniture from them in the last 2 years since I've moved into a new house in SC.
They are terrific to deal with and always do whatever necessary to make their customers happy.
And their delivery guys are great too. Couldn't ask for more

Overall a great experience. Their salesperson, Maryanne, was the best. There were some bumps in the road. 2 chairs came in damaged -- but were quickly replaced. It went as well as could be expected, and that's all one can reasonably expect.
