The estimate was fine and turned around in a timely manner.  The estimate was professional and well done.  Their employees were courteous and attempted to be helpful.

Had to call them to come back and redo the job. After second attempt it still wasn't done completely. Did not call them back a third time.

The Window Gang was able to do the work on a Saturday, which was great.  The house had not been washed in a couple of years, but they were able to get it looking like new.  The windows were amazing - spotless inside and out, and we have over 15 windows.  Both men were very professional and worked extremely hard.  They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.  We would not hesitate to hire the Window Gang again!

They were wonderful. I called, and they were here the next day. They did a great job. I plan to use them to clean my house in the spring. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!!

All went well. Jobs performed as described- workers were on time and very courteous.  Our home looks beautiful.

Really pleasant workers, very respectful of me and careful with the inside of my home.
The pressure washing of the house was done well. no issues there.
They couldn't remove the water spots from outside some of the windows and did not have the cleaning solution with them for removal. My husband helped them with a product we had previously used and all was good there. 
After pressure washing there were tire marks remaining on my driveway which were not visible until the driveway was dry. They had called to follow up on the service and I told them about the marks. They said they would return to remove the marks and would call to reschedule (100% satisfaction guaranteed) but so far we haven't heard back from them.

I have used this company twice but wanted to wait for the second time to write a review to make sure I liked them as much as I did the first time. I was very satisfied with the people who did the work, the quality of the work, and the price. I have a two story house that is white vinyl. It is difficult to keep it clean and this year the spiders were terrible. Now the house is spotless and gleaming. I would definitely use these people again.

Estimates can usually be done over the phone using on-line maps that show pictures of your home. My home didn't show up very well so Trevor made an appointment and came over to do the quote. He was very professional, showed up on time did his estimating and then emailed me a detailed quote when he got back to the shop. 



Two technicians arrived on time (in uniform) and after asking a few questions immediately got to work.  One doing the outside the other the inside - they didn't take any breaks, no phone calls were taken, they didn't even talk to one another, just worked. Seemed they both knew what their respective jobs were and did it.  I was very impressed. They went about their business like they had been here a hundred times before. The whole job was completed in just 3 hours!



They were very thorough (and I'm very picky). They use something special on the windows, they just squeak they are so clean and they are shiny, even at night with the lights on you can tell the windows are amazingly clean. All screens were re-secured, the sills and casings were cleaned (which my old guy never did).

My entryway is 2 stories high and required a  high ladder to get to it. I was nervous, but the tech didn't balk and the fixture came out beautifully clean and he didn't have to remove it. The gutters were cleaned and he even went up on the roof to pull down the pine needles resting in the corners and crevices.



3 of the blinds were taken down to be cleaned at their shop and returned today, the other two were hosed and cleaned in my yard, sun-dried and rehung on the clean garage windows.  I might note that those garage blinds have NEVER been cleaned before and were full of spiders, webs, dirt and grime.  They came out looking very nice.



Other reviewers have said they thought Window Gang prices are high, but I have used other window cleaners several times a year and I found their prices to be quite competitive. Also they take credit cards, which most others do not.  Both my husband and I are delighted with the service and I intend to call them again in 6 months, or sooner if something else comes up.

It went really well. They did a good job. They were polite and professional. They came on time.

They did the power washing on the vinyl siding of my mobile home. |They changed the time they were going to come by twice on the day of service. True, they had scheduled me for the next day by shifting some jobs, I just wish they had taken the time to schedule me correctly. I'm disabled and am not currently working, so it was no big deal to me. If you have a job, you might find this rescheduling thing annoying. |The job performed was as expected. I can definitely see a positive change in the overall cleanliness of my home's exterior. |The workers were professional, and I must say that I will use this company again. If not for the see-saw scheduling, I would have given them an A+ rating. The price I paid was well worth the services performed.

They were really great and showed up early. Dexter and Brandon were super guys. They were polite, courteous, and very respectful. One of the windows we couldn't reach was streaky afterward and they came back and cleaned it again. They were able to give me an estimate over the phone that was very accurate.

Work crew was on-time. Two man crew (Tim and Kevin) completed all contracted work as agreed to. Also brushed out and cleaned window sills. Both employees were friendly and professional. Used an Angie's List coupon for an additional 10% off contract price.

Better than great!

Both times I had them come out they were late, because they "needed to stop and pick up supplies." That they didn't already have the truck stocked and ready to go the next morning....and I had to wait so they could do that? Not very professional. Ditto, their "estimator," who blew me off for our appt., because he had to stop somewhere else to do an estimate that was closer to where he was....so he'd just come another day, and was late then, too. Again, not very professional. Windows did get clean, and they did honor their 10% off coupon through Angie's List, so those things were a plus....though that was what they were being paid to do, and the coupon was offered on their pg., so I expect those parts would go right.

Although they were several minutes late, they apologized. They went right to work. It was great to have clean windows.

Great job.  I called early in the morning and they had someone out in a couple of hours.  Dryer vent was clogged and was causing my dryer to not work efficiently. 10% discount with Angie's list coupon.  Will use them again in a year for maintenance.

The job went extremely well and we are very pleased with the results!  Tim and Robert were right on time to begin the job.
The dryer was located on the 2nd floor with limited access to the area behind the drywall where the dryer vent was located.  Tim had to crawl through a small trap door to get behind the dryer and found the hose had worked loose from the vent pipe.  They secured the hose onto the vent pipe, cleaned the vent from both the inside and outside entry points and cleaned up the area before leaving. 
I have scheduled the Window Gang to return in six months to confirm our problem is resolved and the dryer vent is clear.
The price was very reasonable and the crew was very courteous!
 

I had a very good experience with them. They did a very good job and charged me what they said they were going to charge me. They got it done on the day they said they would get it done. I would recommend them.

The price quote for doing the work which we requested seemed quite high since we have an all brick house. In fact, after obtaining a quote from another business we were charged 27% less and had the whole roof cleaned. We might contact them again in the future in hopes that their price might be more competive.

Window Gang did a good job and they were very thorough. They were friendly and professional. I would use them again.

They came about 15 min. later then the estimate they gave me, but they called well in advance and informed me that they would be a little late.  Two men showed up and promptly went to work.  They left the windows sparkling, no easy feat as this is a new house and the windows were never washed before and there is new construction going on around me.  I have used this company in the past on my prior home and I would use them again. After they cleaned up and left I immediately called the office and spoke to Barbara and told her how pleased I am with the work.
