"The Supervisor of this service was busy moving all the furniture off the porch and 30 or more plants that were all supposed to have been moved before job commenced. He also then covered her fish pond to make sure that none of her fish died from any of the chemicals. This was a small house, so only had to use one machine and one worker. Spvr also climbed on the member's roof and cleaned her gutter and down spouting at the back of her house - FREE OF CHARGE. Then she even tipped our men, so we are not sure why she is giving such a negative remark about our company. We will try and discuss this with her personally."
