AJ came out to my house to do a quote to replace the sink drain stopper for our two bathrooms. The quote was so much less than the other two quotes I had obtained that I hired him to do the job on the spot. He did the job professionally and in a very short time. He was also very personable and very friendly. I will call Servant Plumbing and ask that AJ come and do the same job at a condo I own in Mt. Pleasant.

We had a leak in our RO water filter system under the sink. I called Servant Plumbing in the morning and they were able to send a technician out that afternoon. His name was AJ. Very professional, polite and helpful. He took care of the leak with utmost proficiency.

House repipe - big job, but Josh H and Milton were up for the task. Both were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and job was completed within promised timeframe. Josh went above and beyond my service expectations. Servant Plumbing has always been my go to plumbing company. Josh H is now my guy. Wish I could keep both a secret, but will continue to recommend.

Plumber did a great job. Give days after Christmas I had two pipes burst below cement slab. After I took out the cement around pipes he was able repair them.

My water heater died on Saturday, Jan. 2 and I reached out to three firms for quotes. Servant Plumbing was one of two to respond, and the only one to come out and help me. They were fast, courteous, and got my wife and I hot water by noon on Sunday. Thanks Servant Plumbing!

They were very responsive and punctual. They inspected the water heater and informed me of the possible problem and recommended few solutions. Since they did not work on anything, they charged me nothing and essentially got a free estimate. I was very impressed by their work ethic and honesty. I hope I don't have to face plumbing issues, but if I do, I am calling these guys for sure.

Mike was able to get everything accomplished very efficiently and well. He arrived within the expected time window. Replaced toilet seat at no charge. Gave us clear estimates on additional work. As always, so very satisfied with Mike and Servant Plumbing. Know that repair people from Servant are experienced and competent. Find cost of installations for all work, not just Servant, is more than we would expect, but that's where skill and experience factor in. Did not get multiple estimates because we have had such a positive experience with their work in the past.

The leak was discovered on a Friday afternoon. Servant Plumbing came right out Saturday afternoon. No other plumbers were able to come for two more days. I appreciate their rapid response. They fixed the leak and advised me on the condition of my plumbing.

Scheduled an appointment to arrive within two hours, with my OK to arrive earlier if possible. Plumber Mike Miller made it an hour early, diagnosed the problem and snaked the clog through the clean out. He checked his work and left no mess. Completely satisfied.

It went very well. Mike was very knowledgeable. He cleared the line and installed a valve that would keep the problem from occurring again. This was after another plumbing firm had given us an estimate for over $800 while Mike fixed the problem and made an improvement for $275. We highly recommend Servant Plumbing.

We did have to change phone service the day before yesterday and I’m guessing if you did leave a message with us, it got lost in the transition of that. Please give us the opportunity to come out and provide you with a quote to repair your broken toilet flange and we’ll give you a good discount for the inconvenience. The worst reviews to me are the ones we receive for never even being hired in the first place. I would at least like the opportunity to speak with you. Please give me a call at 843-513-8393 so we can set up an appointment with you."

Prompt, professional and pleasant service. Markus showed up quickly with a free diagnosis and estimate to replace our hot water.
