"Thank you so much for your excellent review!"
"Thank you so much for your straight A review, they always bring me smiles even after all these years :)"
"Like clockwork every morning with a cup of coffee, the first thing I do is log on to Angie's List to get feedback on how we are doing. And even after 8 long years it still makes me happy to read all our A reviews :)"
"Thank you so much :)"
"I'm very concerned that this customer was not happy with our work. We have an impeccable reputation and I plan on keeping it like that :) I will contact her. But I do not understand, nor will I ever, why she didn't call us first to give us a chance to correct? I agree that we shouldn't have left the old pipes by the back door and I'm positive he just forgot about it, and was not his intention to leave it like that. It was an oversight. Obviously if we were trying to hide the fact that we didn't want to take off the old parts, we would've have left them at the house in plain sight by her back door. In other words, he simply forgot. And one phone call would've had him go back out and take care of it. That's why I don't understand why some customers won't contact us first before rushing off to Angie's list to leave an unsatisfactory review. I live and breathe for my customers and will bend over backwards to make sure they are happy. But if you're not happy? You have to call me first to let me know this or I can't correct it! As far as price goes, once again I will never understand. We give free estimates. We always but always quote before we do the work. It doesn't happen often in fact it's rare, but once a year like clockwork, a customer will complain the price was too high when we told her ahead of time how much it was going to be? I try my best to put myself in my customers shoes and look at the situation from their eyes. But when it comes to this kind of stuff I don't understand, as if I was standing in those customers shoes and I was quoted the price and accepted it, how on earth could I complain that I was charged the price I was quoted? LOL I'm not trying to be rude or disrespectful, but that kind of math is kindergarten math. She didn't subtract for any materials when she saw us arrive with quite a bit of stuff to complete the job? She didn't subtract for any of the time to go out there originally, then go to the supply house and pick up materials? She didn't subtract for any cost of doing business whatsoever? Our trucks, my employees, etc. Why did she also assume that we are working a full 8 hours? At best, we have five billable hours out of a 9 hour day. Setting up different appointment times, taking off for lunch, running to go get materials, it's not like we're stepping out on her door and going to her neighbor and the clock is still running, there is all kinds of work in the background. I only wish I could make $250 an hour, I could've retired years ago :) You can never try to calculate like that. What if we came out to your home and fixed something simple like a leaky supply line under the sink and we charged you a minimum price of $98.50 and it only took us 10 minutes? Does that mean we make $600 an hour? Of course not. It may be 12 o'clock when we finish her job and our next appointment is set up at 1:30 as we cater to our customers and make it easy for them for the time frames. With all that said, I still failed to satisfy one of my customers and I will call her personally and see what I can do to make her smile again :)"
"Wow! I don't know what to say, except I am very very appreciative of your extremely kind comments. Smiling from ear to ear if not turning red :)"
"Thank you so much for a straight A review :)"
"Thank you for an honest review. I apologize you thought $125 was too much to remove and install a new kitchen sink faucet. I thought it was a pretty fair price myself :)"
":) thank you for taking time to write this review!"
"Thank you so much for another straight A review. At age 55 whenever I log on to Angies List, I still feel like I am in high school getting ready to open my report card :)"
