I'm so glad we could cure your problem, and yes, it's almost inevitible that any company nowadays won't just unclog your sewer, but go on to tell you how you have lots of problems and it needs to be replaced. That's just not true. Very few companies have scruples anymore, it's all about the money. It's a shame and we see it every day and I feel so bad for customers that get taken advantage of :("

"Well, let me first say that I find this review to be very suspicious in nature. On our end, we are able to see the name and address of customers that leave us reviews. His address is listed as a [Member Information Removed] and his name sounds really made up. I would list it but Angie's List will delete it if I do :) And we have found absolutely no record of this estimate based upon the name given. Which didn't surprise me. There is absolutely no reason to ever leave a [Member Information Removed] under "address where work was performed" unless they were specifically trying to hide something.. Secondly, if this is a real review, in my humble opinion, Angie's List should never allow a review to be posted to begin with when work was never actually performed for a customer. It's truly unfair. I mean we field hundreds of calls per week and lots of them don't materialize into anything but that. Customers looking just for information or price ranges for work. To me, to leave us a review on an ESTIMATE only is grossly unfair. This is specifically why we give free estimates. You think we are too high, no problem, feel free to shop around. But to penalize us for giving someone a fee free, no obligation estimate is simply ludicrous in my opinion. Was this a rough phone estimate? Or did we go out and give a free on site estimate? And what was the scope of the job? And were they licensed? Were they insured? What brand heaters were they using? Lowe's and Home Depot cheapie heaters? Or name brand like State, Rudd and Rheem like we use? He conveniently left all that out. Just saying we were "90% higher" is meaningless if you aren't comparing correctly. We are very proud of our Angie's List ratings. Our ratings are simply unheard of and impeccable. Last month when I last calculated, in over 7 years of being on Angie's List, we had received a total of 427 reviews. With 391 A's, 26 B's and 8 C's. No D's and 2 F's. 417 out of 427 were VERY HAPPY and 8 were just "satisfied" This would be now be our third F in 7 years. In ALL THREE CASES, our F's were ALL estimates only reviews with no work being done!!! Seems to spell something to me. Bottom line is this. If we actually DO the work for you? There is not a 70, 80, 90 or even a 99.99% chance you'll be happy, but yet a 100% chance that you will be happy with us!! As every single customer that actually used us, left us a good review. This is a provable track record that NO OTHER COMPANY CAN COME CLOSE TO. In the world of service repair, our track record is truly extraordinary and still spells impeccable customer service! Why? Simple. Because we do truly, genuinely care about you. Because without you, there is no me :)"

"As soon as I read this review, I contacted the customer and scheduled an appointment to correct the matter. As ALWAYS, if there is ever an issue, as not everything is perfect all the time, I simply explained that all you have to do is pick up the phone and call me. We stand behind our work 100% and never shy away from an issue. As of now, we have already returned and corrected the problem. Originally he wanted to keep his shower head, so we attempted to increase the pressure to save it for him, however since it was not to his satisfaction, we installed a new shower head this time around free of charge :)"
