Totally unresponsive. Took several calls to even get a response then
when service was scheduled the provider failed to show up. Not a good
choice and leaves me wondering how reliable Angie's List is.

He did all of that in one day and all perfectly. I would recommend Chris Leto. He is awesome. He is pricey but he did an enormous amount of work. He is well worth it. He is just the nicest guy with a northern accent. He even had a guy working with him that had just lost all of his family and he is just doing it to help him out because he is such a good neighbor. That was just to keep the guy busy so that he didn't think about it. He is highly capable and he is a master electrician. He understands things. He knows where to put things. You don't have to worry about it. He is going to think it all the way through. When it comes to that kind of stuff I'm picky because I'm a professional interior designer. He is the first person I've ever worked with that I didn't have to worry about his measurements. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything electric. He is prompt. Because he is busy, he takes some time to get to you. But when he tells he is going to be there, he is reliable.

Chris let us know that he was running late for our appointment time, which we appreciated. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty switch. He replaced it with a switch that has dimming capabilities, which is great. We felt his price was reasonable and we appreciate both his communication with us before the appointment and his quick, yet expert work. We will definitely call him again.

He has always done great work for me. But lately he has been so rude on the phone to me and constantly tells me to email him with requests. I could never even locate his email so I decided to go with someone else.

"I have been doing work for this customer for years. I would like to apologize for what she thinks my attitude was as being rude. I ask customers to Email me so that I will have the correct address and phone number so that i may respond to them in a orderly fashion. Being the owner and operator of my business i found that the best way to serve my customers is through Email to make sure I get there information correct. My goal is as always to make my customers happy."

Had the owner sent som other employee, the results may have been better. I feel like as a female, I was definitely taken advantage of.

"I BELIEVE THIS CUSTOMER HAS MY BUSINESS MISTAKE WITH ANOTHER BUSINESS. Because I am the owner and operator of my business no other employee would have been sent out because i am the only one plus my helper. Also I have never taken advantage of a customer in my life! I also alway let people know the cost of the work before I start or let them know my hourly rates. I know in the service industry there are people that take advantage of others thats not me. If any one had a problem with me or my workmanship and let me know about it directly it would be corrected immediately. That being said I due work for a fair price so that my business can survive and i can make a living. I also realize that each and every job I get will lead me to the next through recommendation. MY REPUTATION MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME AND I WILL NEVER LEAVE A CUSTOMER UNHAPPY!"

I placed a call to the number listed in Angie's list. Chris, the owner, responded within a few minutes. He was helpful, professional and quick. His workmanship is impeccable. We plan to use him again very soon to add additional flood lighting in our great room and office wall display.
When he needed a part that he didn't have with him on the Friday that he was here, he came over on Saturday and finished the
job.
The guy is as good as it gets - he's personable, helpful, quick, has good ideas and he's very proficient.
