when service was scheduled the provider failed to show up. Not a good
choice and leaves me wondering how reliable Angie's List is.

Chris let us know that he was running late for our appointment time, which we appreciated. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty switch. He replaced it with a switch that has dimming capabilities, which is great. We felt his price was reasonable and we appreciate both his communication with us before the appointment and his quick, yet expert work. We will definitely call him again.

When he needed a part that he didn't have with him on the Friday that he was here, he came over on Saturday and finished the
job.
The guy is as good as it gets - he's personable, helpful, quick, has good ideas and he's very proficient.
