Nick Scott painted my driveway/walkway in Nov 2017 stating that it should last 5 - 7 years before needing a resealing. Well, it didn't last 5 - 7 MONTHS. In March 2018, I noticed one or two areas where the paint has peeled. I repainted those two small areas but in early April, I noticed several areas that were peeling. I tried calling Nick Scott but he didn't return my phone calls. Finally, I got through and he said he would come by and look at the problem but he never came to look at the problem. Not hearing from him, called him again the beginning of May and he agreed to send someone to look at the problem. His 'assistant' showed up during the first week of May and said the problem was water seeping in from the edges. I reminded him that Elite Concrete sealed the paint job AND that several of the peelings were closer to the middle rather than on the edge. He said he would talk N. Scott who would get in touch with me. Well, Nick Scott has NOT called nor will he answer my phone calls. Not only is his paint job unsatisfactory but his customer service is non-existent. I now have to hire a contractor to grind off the paint that N. Scott applied and then have the driveway repainted. Since N. Scott has decided not to address this situation, looks like we see if the Small Claims court can resolve this issue. I submitted this review over a month ago. I then rec'd a phone call discussing the situation and was told that the review would be published. No explanation why the review was not published.

Very poor finished product. They said brand new house concrete was poor while in fact they should have put the coating down much heavier instead of spreading it super, super thin. They had no concern for how the finished product looked. I’m extremely disappointed and now looking for another contractor to fix the mess they made.

Nick Scott and his crew were professional, competent, and personable.

Floors turned out ok, but not happy with the sealing of the floor - numerous cracks that didn’t get sealed properly before putting down the epoxy and something happened when doing the design when finishing up that left an area with spots that look bad and in an area where furniture or rugs wouldn’t go to hide it 😔. Overall the floor looks ok, but there are a few issues I’m definitely not happy with.

He did a great job

Always wanted to do this and with a brand new home in Tuscany, it made a lot of sense. Nick came over and explained the process and the timing involved and gave me a bid as well as many choices for the flooring. I made my selections and he did exactly what he said he would do and I'm thrilled with how it looks. Definitely would do it again.

We got our driveway, sidewalks, front porch, and back patio cleaned, sealed, and painted. I chose three different colors and it looks fantastic! Neighbors are impressed - Nick did an excellent job!!

Nick was punctual and exhibited great integrity. He has valuable knowledge of all the different products available to be used for each project he does. I had concerns about the floor being slippery and he took extra steps to eliminate this problem and my concerns. I would highly recommend Nick .

Nick was really excellent! On time, fully explained the process to do my garage, helped me make best decision regarding color of base and flakes for epoxy, and communicated the time frame needed to complete the task. He was extreme through and trust me I am picky! Did not need to worry, he did an outstanding job! He was also extremely reasonably priced! I highly recommend! AAAAA+

On time quality work kept me informed on every step

Great job guys! They painted my concrete flooring on my beach house. I wasn't there, it was a three step process and they completed the job on time and keep me informed of every step. Couldn't of asked for better service. Would recommend Elite Concrete, I had a neighbor check on them and he was more than satisfied. They even got another customer in the neighborhood.
