Description of Work: Honda service employees are friendly fast, and efficient! They gave my car a top to bottom inspection and inspected the tires. I always feel welcome there. They take the time to explain all of the work they do. They will get it right!

Description of Work: I had Warranty/recall services completed. I never like when something bad happens. It is a pain. HOWEVER, sometimes things do happen and the quality and reliability of a vendor is truly tested at this point. I was left stranded with a no working car on the opposite side of town from the dealer one hour after service, in a rainstorm, on a busy Friday night, and my spouse was out if the country. The dealer owned the problem and sent a tow truck immediately. The tow truck took me home to meet my kids after school before taking the vehicle back to the dealer. Honda of Columbia fixed the vehicle, tested it thoroughly, called me 5 times to keep me abreast of what was happening. The people who called included: 1. The man that fixed it, 2. His manager, 3. The service manager, 4. The man who is the service advisor, 5. The man delivering my car. They ensured I was OK without the vehicle, they explained a simple clip failed (which is what the tow truck driver had suspected), they washed my car, they filled it with gas ($50+, the service could only be done with less than a 1/4 tank), and they delivered it to me. I live 19 miles from the Honda of Columbia. I drive all the way across town for this reason. They are the best! They were very concerned, wanted to make it right, and always asked what they could do to make this unfortunate experience less of a burden on me, like delivering the car. I will never go anywhere else for service and I will always and only buy my Hondas from them.
