Hair Salons/Barbers
I like the price at Cost Cutters, and I get good hair cuts there. I would give them A's! I almost never see the same person twice, because I just walk in, and I have yet to come out with a bad hair cut! A friend liked my cut and she paid a stylist $40 for the identical cut. Her granddaughter couldn't tell the difference between my $9 cut and her $40 cut!
